The result: Two purchase offers, one successful deal.

Despite the limited marketing opportunities, we were able to generate several qualified inquiries. Through various rounds of negotiations, two serious buyers emerged, each submitting a concrete offer.

The owner opted for a pure real estate investor who had previously disclosed his plans to the municipality. The buyer, in turn, also demanded absolute discretion – which is why we are deliberately not naming either the buyer or the previous owner in this case.
