In spring 2024, after several unsuccessful attempts, the owner decided to sell the restaurant and the entire lake, including the adjacent lakefront properties. After just two months, the purchase agreement was signed at the notary's office in Munich.

The municipality of Halbergmoos had previously had no luck with operators of the restaurant in the modern sports park. As a result, we were commissioned to find a young, ambitious restaurateur. Working with municipalities is more time-consuming, as in most cases the municipal council has the final say. This requires patience and even more professionalism. We are pleased that the new restaurant owner has been very successful so far.
