An outstanding reputation – in the immediate region and far beyond. The current lease expires in May 2025, as the tenant wishes to concentrate entirely on the neighboring brewery. Therefore, we are looking for someone who enjoys continuing this culinary legacy and enriching it with new, creative ideas. The location :

Maxlrain is a small, idyllically situated village in the Rosenheim region, just 2 km from Bad Aibling and boasting stunning views of the Alpine panorama. Maxlrain is characterized by its landmark, the Baroque Maxlrain Castle, its award-winning private brewery, and the adjacent golf course. Maxlrain enjoys an excellent reputation as a place of Bavarian hospitality. In addition to the castle restaurant, which serves traditional, upscale cuisine, the Maxlrainer Bräustüberl is also located in the immediate vicinity.
Maxlrain is a well-known and popular destination for hikers and cyclists. A wide variety of events attract thousands of visitors every year, including many Munich residents, from which the local restaurants also benefit greatly.
