A renowned inn is being leased again after 23 years due to age, effective January 1, 2026.

The inn "Zum Winzer" is located in the heart of the wine-growing community of Maikammer, directly on the German Wine Route.

Known for its regionally focused, fresh cuisine, it has been one of the top addresses in the Southern Palatinate for years.

The location:

Maikammer is a collective municipality that includes the towns of St. Martin and Kirrweiler. It is located in the Southern Palatinate district and is the sixth-largest municipality within the district. The collective municipality is considered a wine and recreational resort, south of Neustadt an der Weinstraße, with above-average overnight stays.

• The restaurant seats 70.

• A tastefully decorated adjoining room on the first floor can accommodate up to 20 people for special events.

• The Mediterranean-style courtyard seats approximately 70 people.

• 5 double rooms + 1 suite

• The kitchen is fully equipped. Some furnishings can be purchased from the previous tenant.

• Guest restrooms are accessible on the ground floor.

• A private apartment of approximately 100 m² is available to the operator.

• Staff may be willing to stay on.

• Public parking spaces are easily accessible on foot.

Terms:

Lease Conditions:

In the first year of the lease - €3,000.00 per month

In the second year of the lease - €3,400.00 per month

In the third year of the lease - €3,800.00 per month

VAT will be added to the lease. The lease remains unchanged until the fifth year of the lease.

Apartment Rent

The apartment rent is permanently €1,000.00 and is VAT-free.

A deposit of €10,000.00 is required for the business and the apartment.
