The location:

Maikammer is a collective municipality (Verbandsgemeinde) that includes the villages of St. Martin and Kirrweiler. It is located in the Southern Palatinate Wine Route district and is the sixth-largest municipality within that district. The collective municipality is considered a wine and recreational resort, south of Neustadt an der Weinstraße, with above-average overnight stays.

The building of the Zum Winzer inn adjoins the Dengler-Seyler winery, which, as owner, also serves as the lessor. See also www.dengler-seyler.de. A mutually beneficial relationship.

Conditions:

  • Lease conditions:

In the first contract year - 3,000.00€ per month

In the second contract year - €3,400.00 per month

In the third contract year - €3,800.00 per month

The statutory VAT will be added to the lease. The lease remains unchanged until the fifth year of the lease.

  • Apartment rent

The apartment rent is permanently €1,000.00 and remains VAT-free.

A deposit of €10,000.00 is required for the business and apartment.
