The train station building in Bad Wildbad is centrally located in the town center. It was sold in 2017 and has been undergoing renovation and refurbishment since then, transforming it into a central hub for the town. A first-class property. The planning was very meticulous! In addition to the large restaurant space, eight apartments are available for rent to the restaurateur. A large tenant apartment is also available. The building also houses a newspaper kiosk, a cafeteria (also available for lease), and two small snack bars in a historic train carriage.
