The Schlangenbrunnen has been run by the Papa family, who own it, since 1982 and has grown steadily over the past 40 years. The 1A - location and proximity to the market square with the attraction of the obelisk & Blieskastel snake fountain is perfect for regular guests but also for the general public.
The location:
Blieskastel is a town in the Saarpfalz district in Saarland, Germany. It is about 15 km southwest of the district town of Homburg and 25 km east of the state capital Saarbrücken. Blieskastel has a unique urban complex in Saarland and is characterized by baroque architecture. The city has about 22,500 inhabitants and is the main town of the Bliesgau. As part of the imperial coronation of the consul in 1804, the existing fountain on the Blieskastel market square was expanded with an obelisk. In the vernacular, it is still known today as the "snake fountain". The name comes from the relief of a snake that entwines the building and from whose head the fountain water flows. The city layout has a baroque character and wonderful, quiet corners. The pizzeria is also located in one of these, directly adjacent to the market square with the obelisk & the Serpent Well.

Conditions:
The takeover of the leased property can be freely agreed and is not tied to a specific time.
The lease rates are as follows:

1st year: 2,500.00 € (net)

2 year: €2,750.00

3rd year: €3,000.00
An apartment on the 1st floor is available to the tenant if required. The rent is €950 per month.
A monthly deduction is agreed in the lease agreement for the additional costs incurred for the restaurant and apartment, which is offset against the end-of-year statement.
A deposit of €9,000 must be paid upon conclusion of the contract in the amount of 3 months' rent, calculated from the target lease. The deposit can also be provided as a bank guarantee.
A replacement of small inventory is not planned. The facility is largely completet.
