The Hotel Zum Süssen Grund was formerly a farm. Quietly located but still within easy reach of Ablstadt, the inn on the Bitzer Steige is quietly located in the countryside. The hotel has 12 double rooms and a large restaurant with a sun terrace for outdoor dining. The hotel is in very good condition and is being handed over free of charge. The double rooms are spacious and all have a large bathroom. The occupancy rate of the rooms was recently ~ 80% over the entire year. The current tenant has been successfully working on the property for 14 years and will end the lease on March 31, 2025. We are looking for an experienced restaurateur who plans for the long term and serves his guests with passion.

Albstadt is a medium-sized town in the south of Baden-Württemberg on the Swabian Alb, about 85 km south of Stuttgart and about 60 km north of Lake Constance. Alsbstad is the largest city in the Zollernalb district and forms a medium-sized center for the surrounding communities.
