The restaurant "Liefeuropa" was previously an offshoot of the Ristorante Europa, about 100m away on foot. A lot of work was done here with delivery and collection. However, the restaurant has a full license and can also operate fully with around 30 seats inside and ~30 seats outside. An Asian or Indian restaurant would definitely be a good option here. The restaurant is not furnished and there is only a grease trap in the kitchen. Both must be provided by the tenant. The sanitary area is currently being completely renovated. We are looking for a new tenant for April 1st or earlier if necessary.

Sendling is a vibrant district of Munich, the capital of Bavaria. Kiddlerstrasse is a cross street to Lindwurmstrasse and the Theresienwiese is only about 10 minutes away on foot. This is a very popular area for living and going out.
