The gastronomy area of the hotel & serviced apartments my MINGA 13 & 14 in Munich is leased. The my MINGA hotels and serviced apartments is a chain of 3 houses in Munich's Sendling district. Once the expansion has been completed, 80 rooms/apartments will be available. The occupancy of all rooms over the year is over 80%.  The majority of hotel guests will use the gastronomic offer, be it for lunch/dinner, or the bar for drinks and coffee.

So far, no gastronomy has been offered here and bar operations have been very limited. The outdoor gastronomy can be offered both in the inner courtyard, protected from the wind and with a small, planned winter garden, as well as directly in front of the building on the highly frequented Lindwurmstrasse.  Breakfast is not mandatory, but the bar should also be open for late guests, especially during peak times.

 

The location:

Munich as the Bavarian metropolis is not only a tourist magnet, but also the city in Germany with the most hotel overnight stays.  The my Minga is located on Lindwurmstraße and thus in the Sendling district. The Sendlinger Tor is only a few meters away and the center of the city, the Stachus, is only about 500 meters away on foot. Lindwurmstraße is an area with a lot of walk-in customers. But the nearby clinic and its employees are also happy to accept a good offer from the lunch menu.  The hotel is very well utilized and of course benefits from the connection to the U2 & U6, which goes directly to the stadium the restaurant business from the many guests.

 

Furnishing:

The my Minga's restaurant is fully equipped. The new tenant only has to provide the small inventory. Since renovations are currently planned in the hotel, the new tenant also has the opportunity to help design the bar and the guest room.  Additional cold rooms could also be installed in the basement, if required, in a modular manner .  The kitchen is fully equipped and all appliances have only recently been serviced.  The courtyard is being redesigned and beautifully designed and the restaurateur can also realize his or her potential here.

Rent:                   2.500, -- EUR plus additional costs
