The Weinstube zur Fassdaube is located in the industrial area of Bönnigheim, the community between Heilbronn and Stuttgart.  The entire building complex of restaurant and location for wine tasting was completed in 2021.  The Weinkellerei Kölle is a family business with a lot of tradition. In the Württemberg wine region, wines, sparkling wines and distillates are produced here with environmentally friendly cultivation. 

The guest room has a very open design due to the many ground-level window fronts, which can all be opened. Here there is space for 70 guests and can be expanded to around 100 guests for events. A further 40 seats are possible outside. The guest room and the kitchen are fully inventoried. According to the year of construction, all kitchen appliances are almost new and fully functional. A replacement for the inventory is not planned. 

The two cold rooms are located at ground level in the rear area of the kitchen. There is also a storage room here. The future tenant benefits from the wine tastings and events (festivals & pleasure hikes) of the Kölle winery and the room for the wine tastings can be used at any time, subject to agreement and a daily rent. 


Bönnigheim is located in the Württemberg wine region, between Heilbronn and Stuttgart, not far from the town of Kirchheim, the Neckar and the B27. The town of Bönnigheim has ~8,000 inhabitants and is part of the district of Ludwigsburg. The Fassdaube wine tavern is located in the middle of a growing industrial area and also has a unique selling point there.  Here, a lunch menu is just about ideal and has already been requested by the surrounding companies._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_
