Affiliated and yet independent, the modern wine restaurant is attached to the well-known Schreieck wine and sparkling wine house. The guest rooms can be reached via three entrances. One is directly from the street, via the outside restaurant, and also via the entrance portal of the Schreieck winery, also via Hartmannstrasse. Another access is possible from the large, private car park at the rear. The layout of the operating rooms is shown in the attached floor plans. There are 50 seats in the guest room, which can also be expanded to around 60 seats by changing the seating options. There are 30 seats in the outside area (inner courtyard) with street access. The kitchen and restaurant are almost completely furnished and are available to the tenant. Storage rooms are accessible on the ground floor and close to the leased property. A special feature is that only the wines from the Schreieck winery can be purchased. The tenant receives a corresponding discount for this.

If required, the tenant has two apartments available, each measuring 100m² and 60m².

Maikammer is a local community and a wine and recreational resort in the southwest of Germany in the Palatinate, south of Neustadt an der Weinstraße. Convenient transport links to the A 65 make Maikammer quickly accessible even for short-term holidaymakers.
