House Birkenstein - Fischbachau

The newly built Birkenstein House is located directly on Fischbachau's busy main street. A restaurant is to be built on the ground floor of the house. With around 50 seats inside and around 30 seats outside, there is enough space for guests. The location analysis showed that an Italian restaurant, a pizzeria, a restaurant with an Asian or Greek cuisine focus would be very promising here. The location has potential for both walk-in customers and tourists driving through. We are looking for an experienced restaurateur, but also someone starting out in self-employment who wants to run a successful business here with a unique selling point.

Located in the midst of the impressive Alpine foothills, this region is ideal for people who long for authenticity, tradition and modernity. For people who want to enjoy experiencing what the Leitzach Valley stands for. But it is also a popular holiday region with 270 days of sunshine and many tourists on their way to the Bavarian Alps, Schliersee or Tegernsee. The region currently offers many inns to stop off at, but there is no good Italian, Greek or Asian restaurant.

The property will be handed over without a kitchen or furnishings. The new tenant can choose the floor covering and the sanitary facilities to suit his concept and will be implemented by the landlord.
