Das Bistro & Bar 1894 Hahnenklee is a combination of bar - bistro & Adventure mini golf course. The house is located directly in the pedestrian zone of Hahnenklee, a district 16km south of the center of Goslar.  The bistro has a nice outdoor gastronomy directly in the pedestrian zone.  In the back of the house is the adventure mini golf course. 

The family business has been running very successfully in this combination since 2013. Sales are consistently high. High quality investments have been made time and time again. For example, the kitchen completely refurbished in 2020 with appliances from MKN. Cooking is done with induction plates.

The guest room was also newly equipped with a gas boiler and a fireplace last year. 

The hut-style guest room is no coincidence. The current owners also rent out chalets, which are not currently being sold.

The location:

Hahnenklee-Bockswiese is a district and at the same time a village in the city of Goslar with around 1200 inhabitants. It is about 16 kilometers south of Goslar town center on a high plateau in the Upper Harz Mountains in Lower Saxony.

In the vicinity of the 1894 Hahnenklee there are ​a Erlebnisbocksberg, a dream paradise for young and old, a bike toboggan ski rental on site,  an experience for all runners and walkers, very good training routes on the doorstep and a fishing paradise in town. Thus, in addition to the pedestrian zone directly at the restaurant, there is generally a lot of public traffic in the place.

A valuation of €1.9 million was prepared in 2022. BWA on the entire operation are available and can be disclosed in the course of the sales talks.  The capital requirements for possible financing are definitely covered by the income from the operation.
